Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy.

Customers have 30 days from the date an order is delivered to request an eligible return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must include their original tags, accessories, inserts, product packaging, and shoebox, when applicable.

Shoes may be tried on indoors on a clean surface for fit. Items showing signs of outdoor wear or use may not be eligible for return.

Customers must contact us before sending a return. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
